Pauline Roux

Managing Partner

Prior to joining Elaia, Pauline worked in investment banking, in the Corporate Finance team of Bryan, Garnier & Co where she executed M&A/fundraising/IPOs transactions for the Tech sector.

She began her career as an Equity Research Analyst at Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux and Genesta Finance, covering European listed midcap stocks in the Tech industry.

Pauline also serves at Venture Council of Invest Europe, is co-president of the Venture & Growth commission at France Invest, gives classes at France Invest and is mentor at several Tech acceleration programs in Paris.
