Before joining Elaia, Clément worked at Next47, the $1B VC backed by Siemens where he was involved in various B2B Tech Series A & B European investments and led the GTM operating model for 30+ US, Israeli and European B2B scaleups. Clément started his career at Safran, a leading Aerospace & Defence company, as an engineer in 2006 prior to switching to Strategy, M&A and VC focused on early stage deep tech startups.
