ELAIA Ventures joins with existing investors in fourth round financing in Ornis, a French based company which provides outsourcing services to SMB.

ELAIA Ventures and Sitka Health fund take an equity stake in Inforsense, a business analytics software editor, spin out from Imperial College. This additional fund raising completes a first tranche investment made by Fleming LLP in April 2003.

The Fonds de Promotion pour le Capital Risque, managed by FP Gestion, a fully owned subsidiary of CDC bank has subcribed for 12 M€ in Elaia Ventures, which brings the total commitments in Elaia up to 42 M€.

ELAIA Partners, a management company regulated by the AMF authority, has conducted the first closing of ELAIA Ventures, a venture fund dedicated to enteprise software and IT services, with EDF CI as a major sponsor alongsides private investors.
